The allowed wavefunctions for a particle in a box are given by

To graph a wavefunction enter L, and n and click New Plot. Up to 5 plots can be displayed at one time. The Clear button will remove all plots. To see L, and n for each plot click the Legend button. To see the value of each plot at a given point, move your cursor to the desired location then click. Toggle between a plot of ψ_n(x) or ψ_n(x)² by clicking its radio button.
